Positioned from the start as an executive search firm, GoLAN Consulting's first assignment was to locate and recruit the US CEO of a security software company with about 80 employees on behalf of its Israeli investors. Many successful placements have followed, establishing GoLAN Consulting as the HR partner of choice for Israeli companies operating in the US - or US firms with ties to Israel. The Company has a proven know-how in high-tech, bio-tech and in the financial sector. Her dissertation for a Ph.D. in HR Management at NCU addresses the efficacy of transnational cultural provenance for the CEOs of US subsidiaries of Israeli companies (mitigated by the life stage of the company).
