About Me

Itai Klein is a partner at the Phan Law Group, a Professional Law Corporation. Mr. Klein provides businesses of various sizes with practical and creative legal solutions. Mr. Klein has been active in all legal aspects of businesses from assisting them with executing and developing their business plans, negotiating technology and IP licensing agreements, distribution agreements and joint ventures, to structuring venture capital and mezzanine financing, corporate debt and equity financing transactions, registered equity and debt public offerings, equity lines, and convertible debentures, to representing clients in business disputes and litigation. Mr. Klein has played a strategic role in representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of industries including clean technology and renewable energy, telecommunications, media, internet, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. Mr. Klein has also worked in-house in legal and business affairs for a private clean technology company and as head of the regional restructuring team of Adelphia Communications Corp., resulting in its successful emergence and acquisition by Time Warner Cable. Mr. Klein is admitted to the bar in the States of New York and California and holds a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and Bachelors of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Arizona State University. Mr. Klein speaks Hebrew, Spanish, and Portuguese
