Adam Katz has been licensed in real estate with the state of California in good standing since 1992. He started his career with a Century City firm in commercial sales focusing mainly on existing businesses. Over the years he sold numerous businesses such as gas stations, liqueur stores, fast food franchises, as well as service oriented businesses. As the new millennium rolled in Adam negotiated on his own home and decided to turn to residential Real Estate. He joined the prestigious office of Coldwell Banker in Pacific Palisades and has been there ever since.
