Introductory remarks by producer Mona Golabek
In the summer of 2007, 19-year-old Stanford University Student Sarah Golabek-Goldman traveled to Poland to teach English.  While there she also visited the towns where her family lived before World War II to search for Poles who remembered her relatives.

Two years later Sarah would return to Poland and conduct over 200 interviews while researching Polish memories of the Holocaust.  In collaboration with TV Bialystok, Sarah produced Finding Leah Tickotsky a documentary that explores Polish-Jewish relations and her own journey to discover her roots.

Join Director of the Museum of Tolerance Liebe Geft, following the screening, for a conversation with filmmaker Sarah Golabek-Goldman and renowned Holocaust scholar and author Michael Berenbaum.
