How to run a Company- Noam Lotan.
Prior to joining Resonate, Noam   was CEO of MRV Communications, a global telecom equipment manufacturer (Nasdaq: MRVC).  As employee number 10, he led the company from a start-up phase to a public company with 4,000 employee worldwide(including Israel) and revenue exceeding $530 million. Noam  serves as director and chair of the audit committee at Capstone Turbine Corporation, the world's leading producer of low-emission microturbine systems (Nasdaq: CPST).
Noam received his BSEE from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD, the European Institute of Business Administration.

Steven’s practice is focused on forming private equity, distressed debt, real estate, venture capital and special strategy funds, mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings, debt and equity investments and financings, and structuring and negotiating complex corporate transactions.
